<h3>Return Form</h3> Simply use your sales receipt provided in your package as your return form. Please write at the bottom if you would prefer a refund or store credit. <h3>Spicy Lingerie Return Policy</h3> We Want You to Love what you have ordered, But if for some reason you don't, we will gladly help you return your new and unworn item(s) for a full refund or store credit. Most Items are returnable for a refund/store credit within 30 day calendar days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind that all returns must be in their new and original condition with packaging, tags and sanitary protection intact. Items must be unworn, show no signs of wear, perfume, stains, makeup, deodorant or wear. Please inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package please contact us via chat, email or phone within 7 days of your package delivery date. Please note that shipping fee are non refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All Final Sale items (Any Sale Item start with CX is Final Sale)  are not eligible for return, refund or store credit. All Corset and Shapewear are only eleigible for Store Credit only.  Exchanges: To Process Our Easy Exchange, simply send back the item you want to exchange/return, request a store credit on your return form/sales receipt. Once your store credit is processed and issued, Simply place a new order online for your exchange item by using your store credit code. Or simply place a new order for the item(s) you wish and return the original item(s) for a refund or store credit. Return Processing Time: All returns/store credits are processed within 4-5 business days upon arrival to our warehouse. An e-mail notification will be sent to you once a refund or store credit has been issued. Costumes & Corset & Holiday Items Return Policy Costumes, Costume Accessories, Corsets, Ravewear and Holiday items are returnable within 30 days from the date of delivery for store credit only. Please keep in mind that all returns must be in their new and original condition with packaging, tags and sanitary protection intact. Please inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package please contact us within 48 hours so we can address and correct any problems. If no attempt is made to contact us within 48 hours via telephone, e-mail or live chat regarding the damaged/missing item(s), all items are deemed received and intact. Please try on the main portion of your costume immediately to ensure it fits properly and will not be returned. Original shoe box must be intact and cannot be used as the shipping box. If you are returning all of the items on your order, please return the free gifts to avoid additional charges (Free Gift $5.00, Free Panty $10.00, and Free Lingerie $20.00). Please keep in mind that the gifts are yours to keep if only part of the order is being returned. Shipping and gift wrap fees are non-refundable. Refused Items: If you attempt to return an item that is non-returnable, incomplete, or with signs of use it will be shipped back to you at your expense. Return to Sender Packages: Packages that are returned by the carrier due to being refused or undeliverable will be subject to a return shipping fee that been charge and bill by the postal service and carrier. Once we receive the package back our returns department will contact you with the information on how to proceed.
